After studying with the speaker and discussing the information, I had a better understanding of how to analyze news articles using APA style in meeting six, where I was given an explanation of the subject titled "Associated Press style and APA Style references: Common types examples". Addresses, ages, books, times, references, dates, months, years, and days, datelies, dimensions, distances, numbers, and so on are covered. In addition to using the materials that have been provided, students can also learn from the lecturer's explanations of the subject matter, which will ultimately lead to comprehension. improved comprehension of the APA style of news analysis.

From the paper from my lecturer, , the title is “Associated Press style and APA Style references: Common types examples” the first is about Abbreviations and Acronyms, addresses, ages, book and periodicals, reference work, date, month, years, day, deadline and so on. and Next it’s a about the datelines, Newspapers use datelines when the information for a story is obtained outside the paper’s hometown or general area of service. Datelines appear at the beginning of stories and include the name of the city in all capital letters, usually followed the state or territory in which the city is located. Previously, I questioned how to start writing good news starting from knowing associated press style and APA Style references. Because I do not yet know about this knowledge, I will now need to read more about this topic because it is a useful topic for me. Having learned this knowledge I now know that associated press style and APA style references become an important start of a news story. I have developed my knowledge of this material that AP style provides consistent guidelines for such publications in terms of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and language usage. It aims to maintain consistency, clarity, accuracy, and brevity while avoiding stereotypes and offensive language. I have developed my understanding of this knowledge regarding common style guidelines relating to associated press style and APA style.
